2. User Requirements
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm and warrant that: you are over 18 years old; you have not previously been blocked or removed from the Service; your use of the Service does not violate applicable law.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to act on its behalf and accept the Terms on behalf of such organization.
3. Account Registration and Security
Access to certain features of the Service requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain it in an up-to-date status.

4. Payments and Credits
4.1 Paid Features
AIhub may provide access to features of the Service on a paid basis. Payment is made using pre-paid credits linked to your account ("Credits"), as well as processing fees and transaction charges. Before paying any fees, you will have the opportunity to review the amounts of the fees to be charged and accept them. AIHub reserves the right to cancel unused credits 365 days after purchase.
4.2 Refunds
Unless otherwise specified separately, all payments are considered final and non-refundable, except for cases expressly provided by applicable law.
4.3 Price Changes
AIhub reserves the right to change rates and payment terms. Significant changes will be communicated to users in advance.
5. User Content
5.1 Input and Output
You may provide data (text, images, files, etc.) ("Input Data") and receive results generated by AI Models ("Output Data"). Collectively, they are referred to as "User Content". You retain rights to your Input Data to the extent permitted by law.
5.2 AIhub License
By using the Service, you grant AIhub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, unless otherwise specified in the settings or policies of specific AI models.
5.3 Content Responsibility
You confirm that: you own all rights to the provided data; your content does not infringe on the rights of third parties; your content is not illegal, harmful, or prohibited. AIhub is not obligated to verify User Content but reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content violating the Terms.
6. Prohibited Actions
When using the Service, it is prohibited to: use the Service for illegal purposes; violate the terms of third-party AI models; impersonate another person; create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions; use bots, scripts, or automated means; interfere with the operation of the Service; distribute malicious software; violate intellectual property rights; sell or transfer access to the Service without AIhub's permission.
7. Suspension and Termination of Access
AIhub has the right at any time: to suspend or terminate access to the Service; to delete a user account; to modify or terminate the provision of Service features. You may terminate the use of the Service at any time by contacting support.
8. Privacy Policy and Additional Terms
The use of the Service is governed by the AIhub Privacy Policy and any additional terms posted on the Site. They are an integral part of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
AIhub may modify these Terms. Continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of them.
